Ryan Philip Rudd

In March 2016 I was rear ended by a person who was found to be DUI while I was stopped in traffic. This was also my second rear-end accident, the first occurred two years prior to this one. I also received injuries in that accident so I hired an attorney. The attorney I hired was one of the local po...pular attorneys that does a lot of commercials stating how much they care about and help people; boy was that a mistake. Needless to say I was not happy with their services and vowed to never use them again. The attorney who was assigned to my case was passive and I feel that they really did not fight for me. Now that I was injured again I knew that I would diffidently need a good attorney. I looked on Avvo and I was impressed by the comments that other clients had made about the Payas law firm. When my insurance company appeared to be stalling and making claims that my new injuries were the same as my previous injuries Ryan persevered and stayed the course, not accepting what they initially offered. Ryan also kept me informed of my options and gave me advice on how I should proceed with my case. Ryan was not intimidated by the big named insurance company. Armando Payas and Ryan both gave me their personal cell phone numbers and told me that I could call them anytime that I had a questions or concerns. That is first class personal service! I truly hope that I am never involved in another car accident, however if I am I know who I am going to call. My experience with the Payas law firm and Ryan has truly given me renewed confidence and faith in attorneys.

I am still in the middle of litigation, but what I can tell you is that regardless of the outcome - I am extremely happy with Mr. Rudd, Betsy, and Elizabeth, and have been since day one. The staff at Payas & Payas have been outstanding from the first call. I filled out an online inquiry before firing... my other firm, and Mr. Payas contacted me at 7:30 at night from his home to make sure I was okay, and to get the initial information. I was referred to Ryan and of course researched his experience, and education online. I haven't looked back since.
