Love this lawyer and law firm.  Mr. Peter Messersmith is undoubtedly the best.  I visited my family and tried to enter with an H1B but was denied citing INA 212 (a)(7)(A)(i)(I) and got expedited removal and barred from enterring the US for 5 years.  According to CBP, the 212(a)(6)(c)(i) misrepresenta...tion was associated with my H1B. I had no clue what was going on. I was terrified since this carries a lifetime bar.  I reached out to my employer but my company lawyer doesn't have experience with this so I called Mr. Peter Messersmith's office.  His assistant Ms. Jen Ren is very friendly and helpful. BEST LAWYER EVER!!! My cousin was a researcher but switched to finance. Peter got his colleagues' EB1 and NIW green cards approved. He retained Peter to handle his EB1 and NIW green card which got approved quickly so he had so many great things to say about Peter. I was found permanently inadmissible... due to INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) because I was on F1 OPT with AZ Tech.
