Biography
It has been my privilege to represent and counsel people with legal issues for over twenty eight years. In both the civil and criminal arenas, I have assisted clients from traffic tickets and misdemenor cases, small claims and county court disputes, to serious felonies and multi-million dollar law suits. Sometimes I look itno my computer to see just how many people I have asisted over the years, and the numer is in the thousands. I do have a lot of experience in litigation, and yet I am still learning new facets about lawyering and people every day. Complete waste of money
If you are looking for fair level representation you are in the wrong place this man is a complete waste of time and money and he will take your money and not return calls or represent you whatsoever. Total dirtbag and needs to be removed from the legal system!

One to avoid
He is great at telling you what he will do for you and being really responsive before you pay, then it's a different matter. Then he doesn't return calls or emails and if you finally get hold of him he gives you attitude and tells you something different to the last time and it's going to cost more...

Replied last July 08, 2015I do not have any "business clients." I represent individuals who get injured or arrested. All of my clients have my cell phone number (407) 579-8355-that's it. Everyone has it as I am here to serve. Some clients call me in the middle of the night when they get pulled over by police, and I answer their calls. Some clients text me when I'm sitting in court during the day and I text them back as soon as possible. In 28 years of service, I have never changed a fee on anyone. There have been a few people over the years who were so unethical, immoral and unreasonable that I have had to tell then that I could no longer represent them. This could be one of those people who enjoy harming others. However, most of my clients, even "criminal clients," are good people who have simply made a mistake, and it is my privilege and pleasure to help them. Waste of money
Communication was horrible. Ended up hiring another lawyer mid case because he was incompetent and seemed to just want to end the case as quickly as possible. Clients best interest was absolutely not in mind. Only time he made sure to be communicative was when asking for a payment. New lawyer cleaned...

Replied last October 27, 2018This client was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm. The event happened in 2016 but this review was posted September 30, 2018. Why so long? Because that’s when this client was finally released from jail! He did time, now he’s on 3 years of felony probation, and he’s a convicted felon for life. So how did his new attorney clean up a mess? During my representation of this client, I filed a Writ of Mandamus with the Second District Court of Appeals. Most criminal defense attorneys have never filed an extraordinary writ with a District Court and wouldn’t even know how. I do it whenever the occasion arises. It was a lot of work and I didn’t charge extra for it. I even ate the cost of filing the writ. After the writ, I took the depositions of four witnesses. Each witness stated that this client was the aggressor in a road rage incident. The victim tried to get away and parked at a store. This client turned around, came back, got out and pointed a gun at the victim’s head. Two of the witnesses were completely independent and knew no one involved. A jury would be most likely to believe the two independent witnesses. So that’s a very difficult trial to win. I suggested a plea instead of a trial. This client couldn’t face the truth, so he hired a new lawyer who continued the case for six months and then plead the client guilty to jail and probation. I did way more work than the new lawyer did. As to the issue of communication, most of the time I had to speak with the client’s girlfriend because this guy was so emotional that he would refuse to get on the phone. Unfortunately, in criminal law, sooner or later you end up representing someone like this client who can’t be trusted to act appropriately in society or to show up in life with honesty.
