Lisa Smith Bedwell

I chose Lisa just off of the reveiws from Avvo, and they have all proven to be true. She is super smart and really knows the law. Dealing with a custody case isn't the easiet thing to go through, but LIsa is so patient and she goes through every scenario that could happen. She very kind, but aggressi...ve when she needs to be. I would email her with a question or concern and she responds promptly. I'm glad I chose Lisa to represent me, and she got me exactly what I asked for.

This review is in regards to Lisa's expertise in Family Law... Lisa is by far the best attorney I have worked with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the law, competent, hard-working, determined, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about you and your case. I had an interstate case that was rath...er complex. After speaking with Lisa, I knew she was the best attorney for the job. I had called about 7 other attorneys and they were all confused about how to go about my case and they were hesitant as to my next step. Not Lisa! Lisa knew exactly what to do! She was an angel. She is also one of the hardest working attorneys I have ever encountered. At no time did I ever feel in the dark about what was going on. She kept me up to date on everything and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She oftentimes worked from home into the wee hours of the night (thanks Lisa). She managed to do all this within the retainer fee that I paid and my case was DONE. Yes DONE. She tied up all the loose ends of my case even though I wasn't in the state! I couldn't be more happy with the hard work she provided on my case. Beth, her paralegal, is equally as awesome. Ladies, my hats off to you. Lisa Smith is an expert at what she does. She knows the law; she is professional, highly intelligent, and down to earth. She helped me though what seemed like the worst part of my life by just keeping me informed, maintaining a happy and professional demeanor, keeping things in perspective for me in ...regards to the case. She was honest on possible outcomes of the case, she did not tell me what I wanted to hear - she spoke of real life possible outcomes. This was very helpful for preparing me mentally for the various possible outcomes. It was amazing to watch her at work on my trial in court, she is just very impressive. Lisa gave me great advice when it came to my husband and I writing our wills. She provided valuable information and explained the legalities about certain parts of our will, especially when it came to who we will leave our son to. There were several things I was not aware of but Lisa educated me on w...hat I should know and answered all of my questions without using legal speak which was extremely helpful. I will definitely hire her again for all of my legal needs.
