Joshua Lopez

I hired Mr Lopez to represent me in traffic court. He postponed my case and the 3rd month I had a hearing and I advised plead NOT GUILTY. I have not heard anything and I called the office 4 times and now 1 1/2 weeks later I go online to see not only did he not listen to my request of not guilty he PL...ED GUILTY! He did not even plead no contest. Now I am sent to driving school, a huge fine, and GUILTY. This attorney is not only unethical but sneaky and I wonder if he even showed in court for my hearing. I am very upset why did I hire him to please a speeding ticket and get me school points and guilty. No sense. This must not happen to anyone else so therefore I will be filing with the Florida Bar and the tv stations and newspaper but Washington DC so this makes the top and attorneys start to be held accountable for such negligence and public harm. I am speechless upset and beside myself over this. I urge anyone that experienced the same contact me.
