Do not use this guy. He talked a great game and then once he got his retainer, he was done and assigned it to a very inexperienced lawyer of his. He did not follow through on what he discussed in our initial consultation. He could care less what he does for you he just wants your money. The lawye...r he assigned showed up 15 minutes late to our hearing, then pretty much did nothing but sit there while I had to do the work. The judge even asked her to assist, as that was what I was paying them for. It really looked bad for me, as my legal representation came to an important hearing not prepared at all. And the judge was quick to point out how late our hearing was starting due to her being late. The outcome was terrible too. Not to mention, he tried to get me for another $1,000 just to travel because the judge denied his request for a zoom hearing. He never mentioned that in our initial consultation. They basically did not help me at all and still came after me for more money to continue. So basically, hiring them was a complete waste. Beware - he is not honest!

I hired Mr. Iacullo to represent me in a child custody and relocation matter. Prior to being retained, he made numerous assurances regarding strategy, timelines, and how the case would be handled. However, once the retainer was paid, those assurances disappeared. Communication largely ceased, except ...for repeated requests for additional funds. I repeatedly asked for follow-up meetings to understand the next steps and overall strategy. Each time, I was given vague promises that were never fulfilled. He delegated my case to staff who were clearly inexperienced and ineffective, resulting in significant wasted time and legal fees. Month after month passed with virtually no progress. When I eventually insisted on another meeting, I was given information that directly contradicted what I had been told at the outset. For example, I was initially advised that there was no factual basis for alimony in my case, yet in that later meeting I was told that I would “of course” have to pay alimony. I requested clarification and an explanation for these conflicting positions multiple times, but those requests were ignored. As a result, I lost a year and over $10,000 in legal fees with almost zero meaningful progress toward my stated objectives—objectives that were clearly communicated on day one. The work performed by Mr. Iacullo and his staff did not advance the goals of my case in any meaningful way. I am now forced to retain new counsel and likely incur similar costs simply to accomplish what should have been done from the beginning. Due to the unresolved relocation issue, I was demoted at my job, and after nearly another year of remaining in the same state, my case is now significantly more difficult. This experience has been deeply frustrating, costly, and avoidable.

While I appreciate the early responsiveness from Mr. Stephen Iacullo and the kindness and support shown by his former paralegal, Rebecca, my overall experience with this firm has been disappointing. I provided a significant amount of financial information, documentation, and evidence throughout my ca...se, yet there has been little to no progress, and no meaningful results have been achieved. Communication has been minimal, often only occurring when someone leaves the firm or when additional retainer funds are needed. What was initially presented as a guided, supportive process has instead been extremely frustrating and emotionally exhausting. I genuinely had hoped for a different outcome, especially during such a challenging time in my life.
