Biography
When I moved to Orlando from Cape Cod in 2006, I decided to limit my practice to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, representing debtors only. I enjoy helping people get a fresh start.
I handle both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases in the Middle District of Florida, and bankruptcy is the focus of my practice. The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 ("BAPCPA") has made filing bankruptcy too complicated to attempt without a lawyer. I handle both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases.

John is a good lawyer and seems very knowledgeable about bankruptcy.
John did a great job. He helped me use Ch7 to not only get rid of my 2nd mortgage debt, but he was able to strip the lien. Nice work, John! He responds quickly to questions and you deal with him directly.
