Excellent attorney

He has provided excellent legal services and advice for our company for years. He is very diligent and knowledgeable. Could not ask for a better attorney.

Cold and educated about procedures.

He was the attorney on my home foreclosure case and I had to take the case over due to his lack of knowledge and experience.

Excellent help given promptly and accurately. Thanks

I had an on going homeowners association problem that went two years with no resolution -- and with me denyiing that I owed past due minor (less than $200) in late fees. The management company was at fault! The bad thing, and what Mr. Rayfield pointed out, was that the bills that the associations' at...torney were sending me would continue until I had an attorney start writing letters instead of me. In less than two months, Mr. Rayfield (with my evidence) got the homeowner's association to back down (and their attorneys), and we "settled" with each "side" paying our own attorney's fees. I "saved" over $3,000 that the association was trying to gouge me. Thanks to Jamison Rayfield. I really liked his office as I also talked to the other two attorney's Steven Supleveres and Chris Wright.

I had a difficult and unusual case

I was utterly exhausted from years of being jerked around "by the system" and felt that the former attorney was unresponsive and confused the major and minor details with other cases. I have truly appreciated having Jamison and Stephen -- two attorneys-- thoughtfully pick through my evidence and were... spot on on getting me a settlement. I recommend them and would gladly use them in the future

Excellent, thoughtful, reliable

Mr. Rayfield was prompt in returning calls, provided me with several ways that I could proceed with a spurious attempt by Yellow Book to force me to pay for services that I had cancelled. He represented me in an efficient manner, and I felt confident that he gave me solid advice. One thing he told m...e that I sincerely appreciated was that "the next time" I sign a contract that involves several thousands of dollars that I send the contract to him prior to signing, and he would review it for "correct wording and legal irregularities." He also held Yellow Book to accept a reduced amount (cheaper than going to court which I dearly wanted to do) and insuring that this matter did not impact my credit report. All in all, a pleasant ending to an unpleasant matter.
