Jamison Applin Rayfield

I had an on going homeowners association problem that went two years with no resolution -- and with me denyiing that I owed past due minor (less than $200) in late fees. The management company was at fault! The bad thing, and what Mr. Rayfield pointed out, was that the bills that the associations' at...torney were sending me would continue until I had an attorney start writing letters instead of me. In less than two months, Mr. Rayfield (with my evidence) got the homeowner's association to back down (and their attorneys), and we "settled" with each "side" paying our own attorney's fees.
