I represent owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and material and equipment suppliers in residential and commercial construction. I handle matters involving construction liens (mechanic's liens), surety bonds, contract drafting, review and revision, contract negotiations, change order disputes, and construction defect claims.  I am rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating in legal ability and ethical standards.  I have also received the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star award in Construction Litigation.

Not bad for a Gator
Eric has been our corporate attorney for more then ten years. He has defended us on several blanket lawsuits for latent construction defect claims. Eric has also advised me on several contract issues, that if he had not brought to my attention, I most definitely would have had Problems with. He has provided me with his cell phone so he is available 24/7. Always returns calls promptly and is always eager to guide me in the right direction.

I have worked and contracted Eric as our attorney for over 10 years. If you remember 10 years ago was the down tun of the economy were collecting money was extremely difficult and extremely important to survive. K&K Electric Inc. had multiply cases with Eric and had outstand results with every one of them. He fought for our company and our rights like a pit bull. He kept after the case vigorously. He kept great communication with me thru all issues. If I picked up the phone and needed to talk to him he was always there. No paralegals ever. I was always able to talk direct to Eric. He always kept me abreast of all options of our case. I would highly recommend Eric to any business owner or person who is serious about collecting their money or! He is a great lawyer and person. That’s hard to find.
