Dissatisfied, empty promises

Carmen Tankersley misrepresented me 4 yrs ago. Still regret her legal advise as she did nothing to assist me in my divorce. Carmen kept advising me to pay everything outstanding (even though my ex would be responsible) and that I would be “reimbursed in the end” Did not happen! There were so many er...rors on her part that I ended up on the stand being cross examined by my ex husbands attorney! Time ran out & she should have known the time limitations therefore was unable to cross examine him, Carmen acted as though she did not realize the time allotment for mediation. Totally disappointed!! Waste of money for the lack of service I received. Beware

Understanding, Thorough, Knowledgeable

Attorney Tankersley was extremely helpful in finalizing my dissolution. Her knowledge of Florida's laws, attention to the details, and understanding of my situation was huge. She helped to relieve a lot of stress and pressure from the situation. When I presented her with my desires, she was very t...horough in her explanation of the options, including being frank about the potential consequences of agreeing to certain stipulations in the Marital Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan.

Extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic

Carmen was able to guide me in the right direction with my family case. She not only helped me understand the process but made me feel confident that I would be fully informed of the case as it proceeded.
