Blaine McChesney

I hired Blaine after consulting with 2 other lawyers for a DUI offense. Blaine was referred to me by a friend. The other 2 were big name DUI attorneys. This is the 1st time I ever needed council for anything. I chose Blaine not just because his fees were much more affordable, but he seemed to have a ...vested interest from the start. It was the best decision I could have made. I can't say enough how great he was. He knows DUI law inside and out. He guided me through this most trying time. Blaine explained all of my options, ranging from a plea of "not guilty" to pre-trial diversion, and through his guidance my record has been expunged last week. Why he is great: he is knowledgeable, honest, experienced, compassionate, a great listener, answers his phone or calls back promptly, and he provides a great value. One thing about value, even though his fees are not as high as most others, don't take that as meaning he is not a top attorney. In my estimation, Blaine does not charge as much because he does not want to take advantage of desperate people. He is fair and honest.
