My review is simply that my name is Jeff Sloboda and I should have listened to all the terrible reviews from his actual I'm sure screwed over clients, instead of his BS with me on the phone. This man broke a legally signed contract with me and DECIDED for me what amount of settlement I was allowed to... have. He never even contacted me to let me know there was a counter offer, I told him straight up that it was a million free and clear with the adjuster ( meaning subtracting some loans and past due medical bills from my almost being killed) or id prefer to just go to trial. He lied to me, told me got the money, and 3 months later he pretends he never did and I find out from Anita my handler, that Woody screwed me out of 250 grand, the money I told him I needed to buy a home in order to regain independence. He took advantage of severe insomnia I was experiencing, not he nor Anita offering any help as I was suffering, and used my making a mistake and getting in trouble with the law by self admittedly selling some of my opiates to a undercover police officer. I messed up an didn't even need the money I just was in a bad place and felt very little value to anyone. Woody is pretty typical, your usual amateur hour scam artist, he blames you for being " ungrateful", just another one of his ungrateful tbi survivor plaintiffs that aren't happy after their settlement, lol, never even freaking happened. All his reviews warned me about his complete lack of communication, his temper, which in all reality the dude screamed at me twice on the phone as if he wanted to fight me. Long story short Woody refused to even help in my current legal issues which God willing will pass with me not ending up in prison. Anyone who has also had thier contract with Woody essentially just pissed on by him please contact me at [email protected]. I am suing Woody for the money he stole from me, I don't want a dollar more. I want him removed from his ability to practice tbi law since he already knew the first set of TBI attorneys I hired screwed me, and decided why not follow suit. I know for a fact there are others of you out there, reach out to me this dude needs to go.
