Being injured and under the Workers Comp system is a nightmare because the laws in Florida are not designed to help the injured workers, but to help the insurance company and employer by limiting your benefits. My goal is to work with my clients to obtain as many benefits as possible under the law. I personally handle all of my cases. If you call my office, I will talk to you. If I am not available I will schedule a conference so I can answer any questions you may have regarding your case. I look forward to working with you.
