Ok So I called Bigney this afternoon I explained the situation pertaining to my sisters son and in 15 minutes her son had a bail set for his release When I tell you that Bigney is the best I literally mean this man is a man with power, knowledge, persistence. I called my sister and told her to go g...et her son she was like wait what happened I said Bigney is what happened now go get your child…. I know from experience with my son how it feels to have them locked up and away from home but I also know that Bigney will end that nightmare and make the dream come true. First, I would just like to say Thank you to Mr. Bigney and his whole team. Everyone was welcoming in his office and handled my cases with the utmost professionalism. I had 3 felonies, two of which were punishable by life in Prison. ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED. He took great care of my case and kept me ...involved the whole way and assured he believed in me. Well for starters this was a Bizarre case from the start. I was told by the officer’s involved that I had to prove my innocent’s even though there was no evidence I committed a crime Or anything tying me to the scene of said crime so that is where “Presumption Of Innocence” comes into play. “Presum...ption Of Innocence”applies to law enforcement officers also they are looking for probable cause a crime was committed. So law enforcement use “Presumption Of Guilt” to make fake probable cause against me. So this is where Mr. Bigney comes into play, they were trying to holding my Bail and David crush them on spot and got me out. But I didn’t contact David my family contacted David. David did it because I used him in the past and we where in good standing, talk about amazing service and care for past client’s. So I hired him on spot the following day and he crush the case within a week. His whole office is very professional polite very well spoken.
