Knowledgeable and Well Rounded, Responsive!

Brian has been my business attorney for many years handling legal agreements and contracts. When I purchased my first home and it was time to move, my apartment complex tried to hold back my deposit it was obvious how they could have easily gotten away with it, they most likely do it regularly becaus...e who wants to spend $1,600 or possibly more, to recoup $1,600? Brian handled the case like a champ, I received my deposit back in full, plus the cost of hiring him. That's what I call justice! But wait, who knew he handled M&A too? He has proven to know a lot about a lot and is an invaluable resource that I trust and respect as a legal professional. I highly recommend Brian Mills!

Recommended

Brian has been the attorney for our company for several years. He was able to successfully settle a buyout with a former partner. We now contact him with various questions and concerns on all legal issues concerning the company and feel that he gives us accurate direction and consultation. We will... continue to use Brian as our legal counsel and recommend him.

Happy for a Change

I have been in business for 41 years and have hired my share of attorneys. I can talk to Brian and he listens. He takes the time, without charging for EVERY minute, to explain strategies. Nice for a change.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
