My practice focuses on the needs of emerging and established businesses, with an emphasis on growth sectors such as software-as-a-service, infrastructure, and healthcare technology. Over the years, I have helped my clients with commercial and government contracts, regulatory compliance issues, employment law, and workers’ compensation matters. I have also guided corporate reorganizations, initiated and directed litigation, and established new business entities. In addition, I have experience with land-use zoning, ad valorem tax matters, and VC funding opportunities.
