I found myself in need of an attorney as I was being sued in court concerning a loan agreement that was purchased. Now, the truth is the bank (BOA) elected not to continue ACCEPTING payment through a credit counselling service (Take Charge America) whom they recommended after taking the initial contr...actual payment. This guy has his so called office in a smelly basement with no furniture or waiting room, receptionist looked like a bar waitress with a tied up tshirt and belly showing, Miller never returned call as promised, and literally started giving me information about someone else's case because he had no id...ea who I was or what my case was. He told me I had to get all documents neesed regarding the case because he couldnt! WTH!!!! What attorney can't get documents...from ANYWHERE!?!?!? BEWARE
