Brian Edward Miller

My journey started in 2018, when I contacted Mr. Miller for help with a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was given his name by my cousin who recommended him to me. I spoke with Brian on Saturday when calling to leave a message at his office. He answered and talked to me that day. He was very helpful in gett...ing me started with the paperwork. Long story short, I ended up using another attorney in the same office and he kept me hanging on until 2019/ 2020 and nothing was getting finished. I contacted Mr. Miller and he picked up my case where the other attorney had left off and had my paperwork completed and filed within a month and the bankruptcy is finished. I would recommend Mr. Miller to anyone. He was kind , trustworthy, timely , always returned my calls and very professional. This guy has his so called office in a smelly basement with no furniture or waiting room, receptionist looked like a bar waitress with a tied up tshirt and belly showing, Miller never returned call as promised, and literally started giving me information about someone else's case because he had no id...ea who I was or what my case was. He told me I had to get all documents neesed regarding the case because he couldnt! WTH!!!! What attorney can't get documents...from ANYWHERE!?!?!? BEWARE

I filled out a form online to have an attorney contact me regarding my bankruptcy. Attorney Brian Miller contact me very quickly and after normal business hours. I was so impressed by our interaction I hired him on that first call. Throughout the process Mr. Miller did an outstanding job of explainin...g what to expect. I was served with a lawsuit from one of my creditors and I emailed him in a panic. He quickly responsed explaining what was happening. On the day of our hearing he was there fifteen minutes early and explained exactly what to expect. I sincerely appreciate his efforts. He understood that although he does this daily I do not. He made sure to set correct expectations about the process, which was very comforting.
