Very Professional and Responsive!

I've always appreciated a lawyer that works with their clients directly in all matters. Abigail does this with flying colors! She even went as far to send me official government files after hours, when I needed them in a pinch. If you are a property manager or owner, Abigail has years of experience i...n property law, tenant/landlord law, lease agreements, evictions, etc. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you Mrs. Abigail Edelstein for a job well done in my legal matters. I will be a returning customer!

Eviction

In an eviction, you do not know if your attorney did a good job till it's too late -- when you are standing there with the sheriff and the tenants. If the paperwork is done wrong, you may have to start over. Abigail was referred to me by the attorney who handles my closing. First and foremost, s...he is an excellent communicator. Before I hired her, she gave me a very clear picture of what she would do, what to expect and what it would cost. Throughout the eviction she gave me clear, timely, updates, by e-mail. The Sheriff's deputy told me that the paperwork was correct and I would have no ugly surprises from the tenants. Abigail made an unpleasant situation as stress-less and efficient as possible.

Will and trust

Abigail was referred to me through a friend. She prepared a will and a trust for me. She explained everything I needed to know and went over all options. She was always in contact thru e-mail or phone. Overall, a positive experience. Abigail is friendly ,knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

She is the best!

I recently ran into a problem with the apartment complex I moved out of a few months ago. I started to handle the issue on my own but quickly realized I needed some help! I decided to contact Abigail for guidance. She reviewed the necessary documents and finished a professional legal letter to the ap...artment complex within one day of me contacting her! Im so happy I decided to use Abigail's knowledge and expertise when dealing with this situation. The letter she wrote and the letter I tried to write was a night and day difference. She was so thorough and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend Abigail to anyone who wants a job done perfectly and promptly at a competitive price!

Excellent service/very professional

I consult with her then I hired her, she represent me when my mortgage company was trying to steal my home, she did an exceptional job,kept me informed of what was going on then would follow up with an email Fter the phone call to make sure I understand what was going,on,i have hired her twice and wi...ll use her in the future for any legal issues and will recommend her to friend and family,very knowledgeable and smart
