Horrible experience. If you already have him I highly advise to move to a new attorney. He will do what he feels is easiest for him and this most likely damage your case. One example is having evidence in a evidentiary hearing for custody. I am not sure how a lawyer can advise honestly that evidence ...isn't needed if it is crucial to a case. But that is my experience and it harmed my case significantly. Unfortunately, the bar will not address this as this was his "strategy" and is not required. Though, anyone in their right mind would know going into a custody hearing without filed evidence is insanity.

Hired for my brothers case. Lawyer is just assuming what he reads to be correct. He’s been in the business a very long time but he’s definitely since lost his sense of “innocent until proven guilty” I’m not a lawyer but with the way the state is handling this case the fact that is is once again opene...d but the state over riding the child’s own testimony is just quite seriously lack of conviction from Mr. Cartelli. I hope he knows this is someone’s brother and son. I hope he either loses his license or takes this critique seriously and wakes up tomorrow to start fighting for my brother in true passion like sense. Like as if it were your brother.
