Lawrence Paul Cartelli

I would never hire him. In my opinion the worst lawyer (andI use that term loosely) I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't know the truth if it slapped him in the face. We were involved in a simple probate that he dragged out and lied his way through for three years. Avoid at all costs. In my opinion....

Mr. Cartelli was appointed to me and I thank god he was. I came to him with a very messy and complicated case against dcf and a third-party. Not only did he go above and beyond, he brought my children home when the state wrongfully took them. Dcf tried every kind of manipulation to get a settlement o...ut of court, but Mr. Cartelli walked through every step of the way with me and we came out victorious! He is highly educated with current laws and policies. He genuinely cares about his client and what is best for them. If ever I would need an attorney again (fingers crossed I don't) I would choose him EVERY time.

Mr. Cartelli helped me with a child custody issue just recently. He went above and beyond my expectations to find ways to get my child back for me when she was wrongfully taken. He fought to the end with doing pick up orders and giving me advice anytime I asked for it. He is very personable and you ...can tell that he actually cares about the case and not just in it for the money. He kept me informed every time he filed a motion or made a phone call about my case. He even called to ask the advice of other attorneys to make sure that he was telling me the best thing to do in certain situations. He gave me resources to help when dcf got involved. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a family law attorney.

I just want everyone to know that Lawrence Cartelli is one of the best attorneys I have ever seen. He takes his job and his clients very seriously. I have been represented by this attorney on 2 occasions, once from last year and at the present time. He is handling a DCF case for me right now and I... can honestly say he is the only one I have trusted in a very long time. I admit my faults and he makes sure my case is handled properly. I have always been afraid of DCF because of the way they lie on people and it seems that no matter what attorney I have had in the past I still never had a fighting chance. When god blessed me with this attorney he blessed me with a chance. Mr. Cartelli tells me not to worry that he will make sure my case is handled properly. If any other attorney from my past would have said that I would have worried, but I have seen my attorney in action and I honestly trust the fate of my children and family in his hands. I am currently out of state dealing with other issues and even though I am not in Florida to be present at my own DCF hearings I can call Mr. Cartelli and be completelly confident about my upcoming hearing he represents me at during my absence.
