I normally do not post reviews but felt compelled after working with Shivon and her team. My husband and I met Shivon last year to help us with my late father's estate. My father had many properties and assets that we were not aware of and passed with only a will after a short battle with cancer. ...Shivon guided us through the entire probate process and helped us liquidate the assets over time. My siblings and I are so appreciative of Shivon and her abilities to walk us through the very complicated legal processes over the past year. Having gone through this lengthy estate experience, my husband and I had Shivon do our estate planning and trust as well to protect us. My entire family will always be forever grateful to Shivon and will use her services exclusively in the future for our legal needs.

Mrs. Patel is by far the smartest transactional attorney I have used in the past 20 years. As a real estate investor who has worked with many attorneys in my years, she is by far the most creative and shrewd in her field of law. I also appreciate that Mrs. Patel does not delve in criminal, personal... injury, etc. type of law that many other attorneys do while claiming to be real estate attorneys. In short, she sticks to what she knows and is extremely good at it. I use her firm exclusively for all closing work, contracts and real estate transactions I enter. I have engaged her services on 6 real separate estate transactions and she has never disappointed and has saved me considerable money by getting out of bad deals. My only regret was not finding her earlier in my career.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Shivon and her husband who were recommended to us through a trusted friend. They are outstanding in their fields and we are very blessed to have found them! They are the most compassionate and caring people I know in their professions! They are ...honest and very caring. When you first meet them, you know right away that you have met the two people you want to take care of your finances, taxes, estate planning, and all of the fields they cover. My Aunt had a severe stroke and had named me her POA in her trust if anything happened to her. It has been extremely difficult to find out what to do being appointed a POA in a trust and being involved in managing an estate and her finances. To say the least, it is overwhelming, especially when you cannot ask your loved one any questions as to what is what because she can no longer remember. She is incapacitated, but doing well after eight months. She does not remember things and sometimes does not remember my name or my husband's name, but she is happy and that is all that matters. We would highly recommend Mr. and Mrs. Patel.
