OUTCOME: Owner now has a permit to build a home on the land.

Assisted a client with rezoning and replatting a parcel in order to obtain a building permit for the land. The parcel had been illegally sub-divided and therefore, didn't meet the current zoning requi ... rements and had to be replatted in order to become compliant. Worked closely with county officials over the course of 2 years to ensure the parcel was successfully rezoned.
