James Justice Partlow

Very much involve in the process. Very knowledgeable and caring. I had fired my previous counsel and Mr Partlow immediately took control of my case. You will be pleasantly surprised he is a keeper. Kim the paralegal was so informative and responsive!! They are quite a team together they provide... excellent legal counsel. Do yourself a favor hire him. No reservations.

Mr. Partlow and his staff are completely unprofessional and negligent to the point of malpractice. Partlow will not listen and does not care about the needs or wishes of his clients. While you're paying him to discuss your case to formulate strategy and get clarification, he constantly sidetracks wit...h boastful stories about other cases that have nothing to do with you, doubling the time and expenditure. Then, without communication, Partlow and his staff will file documentation with the court without your consent or approval, often with significant mistakes that have to be remedied at further expense. To top it off, Partlow will also flat out lie to you and so after all the time and money you've wasted having him and his staff constantly "review" files and create useless "correspondence" with opposing counsel to drag things out with no results, you have to find another attorney to do things right and fix the damage they've caused.

I never thought I would need an attorney for anything, especially when i went through my divorce. Mr Partlow was very experienced and helped me with tough decisions for my family and I. He knows his stuff and is truly caring with his clients. I would recommend him to anyone that wants an attorney ...that will definitely go the extra mile to put your needs first.
