James Justice Partlow

I came to JJ with what I thought was an impossible situation and from the initial consultation he had a very positive attitude on how to help me. I had been to court two times previously and was not being helped. I also had such great communication and help from all of JJ’s staff. I would highly re...commend this law firm to all. Mr. Partlow and his staff are completely unprofessional and negligent to the point of malpractice. Partlow will not listen and does not care about the needs or wishes of his clients. While you're paying him to discuss your case to formulate strategy and get clarification, he constantly sidetracks wit...h boastful stories about other cases that have nothing to do with you, doubling the time and expenditure. Then, without communication, Partlow and his staff will file documentation with the court without your consent or approval, often with significant mistakes that have to be remedied at further expense. To top it off, Partlow will also flat out lie to you and so after all the time and money you've wasted having him and his staff constantly "review" files and create useless "correspondence" with opposing counsel to drag things out with no results, you have to find another attorney to do things right and fix the damage they've caused.

I first retained JJ Partlow in 2005 to handle my divorce. JJ did an outstanding job and I was very pleased with the outcome.
