Expertise and Caring

After experiences that left me dissatisfied with other family law professionals, I found Lori through recommendations from two different people who know her personally and professionally. Steady, Reassuring and Competent

WHAT A SUPERSTAR!

Lori and her team could not have been more helpful during my divorce. She fought hard for my custody and financial rights and i got what i wanted. She was fair and worked well with opposing counsel. You will definitely get your money's worth!

Wonderful team

Wonderful Person and Equally Great Lawyer

I was in a desperate situation, wife having an affair without my knowledge and suddenly I receive those dreaded papers. Lori took the reigns and eased me all the way through the process to a really amazing conclusion to my 31 year relationship, 28 of which being married. I could never marry again, however, I have told all and sundry that Lori is absolutely incredible and if that bug ever bit again a 'pre-nup' done by Lori would be step number 1.

Excellent Family Lawyer

Lori Caldwell-Carr is very knowledgeable. She gave me helpful advice and guidance. She filed paperwork promptly, always kept me in the loop, and addressed any concerns I had promptly. She and her staff are friendly and accommodating. During mediation she was well prepared, having all paperwork needed to refute false claims, and substantiate my claims. The decisions were always mine to make, but with her advice I was able to make better choices than I would have without her. She literally helped me keep ten of thousands of dollars, which more than justified her fees. I have consulted Lori in an additional matter and received excellent representation again. I was recommended to her by a friend and I recommend her to my friends.

Ms. Caldwell-Carr was excellent to work with!

I hired Lori to reperesent me during my divorce. During the time I worked with her, she was always very straight forward and clarified anything I had questions about or did not understand. She was kind, caring and respectful of my issues during the time I worked throught the divorce until it was final. All emails and phone calls were returned in a timely manner. Her staff was wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to hire Lori again!!

If I had to, I would hire Lori again.....in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately my dissolution was one of those nightmares you read about: drawn out over several jurisdictions, several years and intersected several cases. If ever I needed someone with competency, compassion, ability to keep the important stuff the important stuff, aggressive advocacy for my cause, topped off with an exceptional support staff...... Lori and her firm absolutely exceeded my expectations. Spending time around other attorneys has its ironic benefits, Eventually you being to figure out for all their "fluff" some lack substance and ability to methodically plod on and arrive at a meaningful destination for their client. Lori will not sell you a dream, she will give you a very real picture of your case strengths and weakness. In the end, you will find her perceived outcomes eerily accurate and upheld by her experience in both skillful negotiation and arduous litigation. And in the end I found her to be a voice for me, when sometimes I couldn't be. She was navigated my case through some tumultuous situations, to find a resolution I am grateful for. Yes, if I had to, I absolutely would hire Lori again. Let's just say, I'm really wishing I never have to. ;)

Best Divorce Lawyer

She took care of my Divorce in 2008. Very efficient , direct and aggressive. I was so glad to have found her after calling few other Divorce Lawyers. First time I spoke to her over the phone I knew she's the one that'll defend me no matter what. Thanks Lori.
