I hired Attorney Baker to represent me in my high-conflict divorce, expecting a competent and proactive attorney. Instead, I was met with delays, poor communication, and a lack of urgency that had serious consequences for me and my child. Due to Attorney Baker’s failure to file time-sensitive moti...ons, my child was allowed to relocate out of state before proper custody arrangements were in place, making an already difficult situation even worse. Additionally, his delays and lack of preparation led to my request for temporary support being denied, leaving me financially strained during a crucial time. Despite my ex-husband’s clear attempts to evade financial responsibility, my attorney failed to push back or fight for what was legally mine. Divorce is hard enough without having to battle your own lawyer’s incompetence. I ultimately had to seek better representation, but the damage had already been done. If you are in a high-conflict divorce and need a lawyer who will fight for you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Mr Baker was hired to help me with a Paternity case related with Domestic Violence case in October 2021, he ignored most off my important emails , he did not file any evidence I sent him as response to the other party, he seemed lile always in a hurry on our video and call meetings , he did not pres...ent any Parenting Plan to the judge when asked for, even if we spoke about it before , and even got yelled by the judge for this reason. I lost the case, even if I had all chances to win it, I feel he ruined my case. In the end of the hearing he answered to the judge if the other part wasn't supposed to pay less for child support... Awful job, please do not risk your case hiring this attorney.
