Joseph Aaron Baker

Mr. baker made a sale of goods he could not produce. He made promises and fell short everytime. This case is very personal , he is a family attorney and all cases are time sensitive as well as of the utmost importance to any client. He would be rude and condescending always suggesting I could not aff...ord his services. Much to the contrary, I could and did but was on his tail to produce as he had promised. In the three months he was employed he was only able to make numerous excuses and produce one document. He was unable to communicate effectively with opposing counsel and unable to secure a hearing date. His idea of production is sending a few emails and making excuses why he was unable to get on the courts schedule for a hearing more than 6 months from hire. The only saving grace to this entire situation was the response of his superiors at Virga. As a firm I respect them for 100% refunding me for the services I never received but Mr. Baker is a joke and should not even be practicing. He is incompetent at best and at worst a con artist and in my opinion a criminal.

I wanted to thank and review Joseph on my consultation with him. He appeared very professional, knowledgeable and organized.
