Replied last January 09, 2023Sorry to hear you were not satisfied. I have never forced a client to settle or go to trial. I explain the pros and cons of each option. I have tried many cases in my career, however, it is true for most attorneys, that the majority of cases are resolved by an agreement. It is very expensive to go to trial, therefore, clients have to decide if they want to incur the additional expense of a trial. I do not know who this client is but, it appears they did not have the funds to go to trial.

Very good family lawyer.
