Great Firm
I hired the firm to assist me with a probate matter. The attorneys and their staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me updated on my case and were always available to answer any questions I had.

Weak and poor attorney
David is okay to deal with as long as he can rip you off. However if you question his poor work or try to discuss how he’s spending your money with very little results he will quickly become nasty and unprofessional. I would not recommend this attorney for any contested matters.

Replied last April 26, 2023Sorry, you were not satisfied with my services. We explain all options available to a client and do everything we are legally able to do for our clients. We had only filed the initial pleadings. The opposing side had not even filed their answer yet. There were no results to obtain at this point in the case, much less know if the matter was going to be contested. I withdrew from the case based on discussion with the client, as I realized this client would continue to be a problem. We provided an itemized invoice of all work performed. Going to trial is expensive, which we explain to the client and he wanted a limit on total fees.

Very Weak Attorney
A very weak attorney and comes across as being angry all the time, rarely makes eye contact with you while having a conversation, in fact looks away. Replied last May 20, 2020I respect a person's right to leave a review. However, it is difficult to respond and address an issue a client may have had when they remain anonymous. I have a good idea who the client is. I respectfully disagree with his review and I have never had any prior clients raise these concerns. I do know this client has been represented by numerous attorneys and he complained about everyone of them and blamed his attorneys, judges and a corrupt legal system.
