Took the money and couldn’t go to court because there was a conflict of interests with the mother of the child that I was going to court for. Any lawyer that gets to work when the sunrises and meets you on time is always a good sign of professionalism. Ken took my request for a consultation right away as I knew I had limited time in a paternity dispute and out of state relocation of my 20 month son which was taken behind my back by fiancé ...at 16 months. Ken laid out my options and I was very confident with the direction we were going to take. He has a great wealth of knowledge and know how. His staff is very friendly, professional, and talented. It was the holidays and these attorneys were always there for me and I can’t say enough how they showed patience and did everything in a timely professional manner. All in all I won my case that most people said I never would. I thank god, my family, Ken his staff, and my Arkansas attorneys Ken found for helping me and my family to get my son back. I know have 50/50 time sharing and can he can never be taken again. When you’re in need I promise he’s worth every penny, he won’t waste it. When you need an attorney and there are so many out there, how do you know who to choose from? I reviewed profiles of several attorneys as well as read tons of client reviews. You will find good reviews and bad reviews. Naturally Ken has some negative reviews but who in this world doesn't. If he did...n't have a negative review I would be hesitant to even call his office. In a divorce if you come in with the mindset that you will get everything that you want and that's why you hire an attorney, you are wrong.. It's a compromise and with that compromise you need someone that can GET YOU IN THE BEST POSSIBLE POSITION. You need experience, knowledge, someone with the most up-to-date information on the law, new rules and regulations as they are constantly changing in the legal world. I called Ken's office and schedule an appointment. I had an initial consultation and he told me pretty much what we could and could not do. I hired him months later. Yes, Ken is expensive but I certainly have no regrets on the work he did. He responded to every single email I sent him promptly and sometimes even before 8 a.m. His staff is wonderful to work with too. In times when the frustration kicks in, they are there for you. I am not sure why other clients indicated he doesn't do anything and just take your money. He certainly does his job as described and keeps in constant communication with you. I would recommend Ken to anyone who wants a great lawyer with years of experience, A rated by his peers and with great positive reviews from clients.

He overcharged me by so much and I still don’t have an actual accounting for this. He would not answer phone calls promptly at all. He did not do well in court. He missed some filing dates for pleadings that were due. Of course, the case was one-sided. The opposing counsel had been a magistrate for... 14 years and knew every judge, retired judge, magistrate that we came before. But he still did not do a good job. I have worked for lawyers and judges in my lifetime and I know this. He may have been a good lawyer back in the day but I think he has lost a step.
