Any lawyer that gets to work when the sunrises and meets you on time is always a good sign of professionalism. Ken took my request for a consultation right away as I knew I had limited time in a paternity dispute and out of state relocation of my 20 month son which was taken behind my back by fiancé ...at 16 months. AVVO, I have re-written this too many times to count. Lacking the literary skills of Mark Twain, I wanted to make sure I put nothing aside. But the reality is there aren't enough ways and words to serve Mr. Morse with the credit he is due. I have nothing but praise for Mr. Morse. How do I b...egin to describe an Attorney who is there for ME, a single Dad? You ask for specifics. Well it starts with our first meeting. Mr. Morse shared dialogue. I was not subject to monologue. Mr. Morse referenced current state time sharing positions AND printed the standard parenting plan. While this may seem trivial, I assure you it is not. He educated and enlightened me as to my rights. Mr. Morse listened to my experience of the previous months. His replies were reasonable and informed. My previous attorney never game me the confidence in 9 months that Mr.. Morse give in our first 2 minutes. His strength, knowledge, experience and confidence reminded me I have a voice. He stood beside me EVERY step along this journey. He supported me. Gave me hope.
