Thanks for the help!
Mr. Alper assisted me with my Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. He and his staff were very supportive and caring during this very stressful time. I definitely didn't have the same experience the two complainers had.

Not Client Friendly
I filed my chapter 7 with this office. The office is not client friendly and does not liked to be bothered with email, phone calls or mail. If you are seeking guidance in this process and have questions, I do not recommend this would be the attorney for you. I met Mr. Alper at the initial cons...

unresponsive and arrogant
Since the case didn't involve millions in property value, and hence his fee would be limited, he put my case on the back burner and never took it off. He was derelict in his duty and his secretary is highly disorganized.
