Theodore W. Small Jr. ("Ted Small") has more than 25 years of legal experience. As a small firm practitioner since 2004, Mr. Small has appeared as lead counsel for hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations in civil litigation matters, pending in state courts, federal court and before administrative agencies.
