The Measure of an Attorney
It would be my pleasure t recommend Attorney Theodore Small. I had the pleasure of a consultation with him concerning contract issues ( namely self-employment contracts ) Attorney Small was knowledgeable as well as introspective concerning this issue; Giving me the tools to competently write my own...
"I wholeheartedly and unequivocally endorse Ted Small. He is likeable and, most importantly, trustworthy. Ted is a brilliant Harvard-educated attorney but he is extremely down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I would recommend him especially for any business law, employment and labor law or estate planning issues that you have."

The case settled before trial.
The case was settled before a verdict in a non-jury trial that occurred after a two year delay in rulings on cross-motions for summary judgment.
Judge Lambert entered a default judgment in favor of Mr. Webb. This default judgment was subsequently reversed on appeal and on remand, the case was enventually settled.
