Shanna is a fantastic lawyer. My case was supposed to be open and shut but the state decided to drag it out for months. Mrs. Rose stood by me and made sure I was fully aware of all my options. I retained Shanna Rose to represent me in a sensitive matter. For starters, she showed up almost 30 minutes late to my hearing. She also promised to issue me a partial refund because of this. That never happened. Part of the retainer was paid by credit card, so I had to dispute that with the credit c...ard issuer. The remaining portion was paid in cash. After several emails and phone calls and no response, I had to file a bar complaint. As of today, Shanna still has not contacted me. Extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend her services to anyone.
