Shanna Mason Rose

I retained Shanna Rose to represent me in a sensitive matter. For starters, she showed up almost 30 minutes late to my hearing. She also promised to issue me a partial refund because of this. That never happened. Part of the retainer was paid by credit card, so I had to dispute that with the credit c...ard issuer. The remaining portion was paid in cash. After several emails and phone calls and no response, I had to file a bar complaint. As of today, Shanna still has not contacted me. Extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend her services to anyone.

Mrs. Rose was extremely helpful in working through my divorce proceddings. My case was very difficult at times and she handled each problem with diligent work and resolve to overcome the problems. She was always very responsive and maintained a high level of communication with me throughout my case.... I would highly recommned her.
