Stay away

Stay away for family law. He so busy with all his cases that he could not keep up with opposing counsel. It seem like he worked for opposing counsel. 90% of the case was never heard( seems like opposing counsel put a knife to my throat and she got away with it) In the end my parental rights get str...ipped from me anyways and I was more flexible parent…….STAY AWAY

Don't Hesitate to Retain Justin!

Justin has represented me for three years now. Unfortunately, I have an ongoing domestic case but thankfully Justin is always there to help. I was an emotional mess when I first reached out to Justin and I did not have to worry about a single thing after contacting him. He is quick to respond, knowle...dgeable, personable and gets results. Justin is quick on his toes in court and is well spoken. He continues to help me navigate the legal system and you shouldn't hesitate to retain him!

Brilliant Attorney- Stalking Injunction

This attorney is BRILLIANT. My situation is by far different than most of these reviews... as I was not the person being charge with a crime. I am well-educated with a Masters Degree and a Southeast Regional Director for a company I work for, never been arrested and therefore never charged with any...thing. I needed an attorney to help place an injunction on a person that I was in an EXTREMELY complicated situation with. My type of Injunction is rare - Stalking - and there is much difficulty in proving a case like this especially with this type of person - my husbands ex-wife of which we have custody of the child. I cannot begin to explain the complexity in this situation. After preparing and getting the petition for stalking granted (with what I might mention a very strict judge), we then later had to defend the petition AGAIN in the courtroom when the respondent requested that the judge dissolve the petition. Everyone has the right to be heard right? Needless to say, thanks to Mr. Hausler in the courtroom, the motion to dissolve was not only DENIED but the injunction was issued for and will remain in effect for 5 years. Not 1, not 2, not 3, but 5 years. Definitely a result of Mr. Hausler's arguments in the courtroom. Mr. Hausler was not only available right away, but he was available on weekends, daytime, evenings, and really cared about my situation. He is very intelligent and retains even the newest of legal information exceptionally well. He also retained the details of my case exceptionally well. The clerks and people in general will say that you do not need an attorney for Injunctions. That is nonsense. Hire him. He will get the job done. It will stick. BEST money ever spent.
