Biography
Attorney Nadine David has unparalleled insight into the intricacies of probate and guardianship practice as it intersects with tort law. Early in her career, Nadine managed a multi-million dollar wrongful death firm and saw firsthand how probate inefficiencies threw a wrench in production, and distracted and frustrated not only the staff, but clients as well. Later, Nadine served as Trial Court Staff Attorney for the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Managing the Circuit’s largest probate and guardianship docket for prominent and reputable members of the judiciary has allowed Nadine to review over one thousand cases and several thousand petitions. Our firm uses this knowledge to almost immediately understand what the court’s concerns will likely be and proactively address these issues to reach a satisfactory resolution more quickly.
