I had the occasion to consult with Mr Graham on a matter dealing with a property owned by my elderly parents. When making the appointment, I was told Mr Graham charged $500 for consultations. Perhaps that is not the case now, as this has been some time ago. Upon arrival to his office, he was not th...ere yet but I was made to feel welcome by his assistant, who seemed to do everything she could to not only make me comfortable, but also to make apologies that the attorney was running late. Before continuing, at each instance I had contact with this lady, she impressed me with her friendliness, professionalism in attitude, conduct, and attire. I cannot say the same for the attorney as he came into the office in athletic shorts, a tee-shirt, looking as if he was dressed to work out or mow the lawn and was over 20 minutes late. His personal “office” was surprising in appearance. While off putting, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and as succinctly as possible, I explained our particular circumstances. It was obvious to me, as a professional, that this man demonstrated characteristics of severe ADHD, whether or not he’s ever been given that diagnosis. The conclusion to our meeting was abrupt; I cannot say if that was due to his preoccupation to other matters or impatience with me when the questions I presented were not those he preferred to answer as I was unable to receive a straight answer from him. I was not asked to sign either a retainer or a contingency agreement prior to leaving even though he told me he would have his assistant (who had left her desk), be in touch sending an agreement via email to me. Whether or not Mr Graham is a great settlement negotiator as I had been told, I cannot say. I did, however, asked my brother-in-law, a local judge, what his opinion was of Mr Graham. After a time, my B-I-L got back to me, and informed me that in looking at Mr. Graham’s litigation experience/record, only one instance of a courtroom appearance was found. If considering hiring this firm, please perform your own due diligence as to his experience and success record - as one should in hiring any attorney. I do have additional evidence, mainly my own, a couple other colleagues of whom also dealt with this attorney/firm, and another attorney of whom worked for Mr. Graham, anecdotal experience, encounters, and interactions - some incredibly unprofessional in our collective opinions. I will say, that I was exceedingly disappointed in learning the assistant in which I was so impressed, according to her associate/predecessor, was dismissed by Mr. Graham for undisclosed reasons. I very much wish I had obtained her name as I know of several attorneys and judicial assistants that had the opportunity to have occasions to work with her and did so with glowing accolades for her work and professionalism.

David Graham is truly a man of his word. He took over a case for us from another attorney who had dragged his feet for over a year of total inaction. If anyone is having ANY issues with an insurance company David Graham is the one you need to call! He absolutely went above and beyond for me and got results that I would have never been able to. He is extremely easy to work with, he's fair and will stay on it until he gets the job completed. He is a...lways hood about letting you know what's going on and will answer any questions you may have. He replies to phone calls and emails very promptly, not leaving you hanging like others do. He and his whole team are simply AMAZING. Would I recommend him, ABSOLUTELY!
