Determined and compassionate advocacy!

Ms Carlisle has handled my case for over six years now. Unfortunately, I have a "high conflict" case -- motions, hearings and other attorney interventions have been constant. Tracey has always been amazing in court, a strong support, a more than fair biller, and kind. I recommend her very highly.

Honest, knowledgeable and successful

Tracey helped me resolve a very difficult relocation custody family law issue. My son was 5 years old and after 2 other lawyers/lawfirms incorrectly handled everything, because of inexperience and lack of proper knowledge of the respective laws, statutes and case law, Tracey was instrumental in res...olving these complex issues. I have been with her in court as well as mediation and I can assure you her intentions are heartfelt, true and her knowledge and experience can help resolve any situation, no matter how difficult. It's not only her knowledge of the applicable laws and legal implications of any case, it's her knowledge of the nuance and details of the entire process, judges, what to expect and network of excellent ancillary colleagues, mediators, etc that makes the difference in overall outcomes. I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether it's just a consultation to get legal counsel on an issue to full representation for any case. Thank you again Tracey, you are amazing!

Highly recommend. Wonderful experinece. Honest and reliable

I came to Tracey after I was unhappy with my previous attorney. Tracey took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I wanted to move to be close to family and my ex was putting up roadblocks at every turn. Tracey took the time to explain the process to me and discuss her ...experiences in relocation cases. She never gave me false hope. She answered my emails and phone calls quickly. I never felt like I was uninformed any step of the way. She is an outstanding and a wonderful advocate. I am so glad she was by my side throughout the process. I highly recommend her. I depended on her to get me through this difficult period of my life and move on. She was well organized and understood the legal process. I was very impressed by the way my case was handled. She formulated a plan to get me through my case and the court system. She put me at ease during this difficult process. When it became clear that we would have to go to trial, Tracey was well organized and prepared. It was clear that she was the most prepared and knowledgeable attorney in the courtroom. I wish I had hired her right from the start. She was worth every penny. I recommend her to all my family and friends that need an honest, dependable and knowledgeable attorney.

Excellant experience

I had previous attorneys before I hired Tracey. I wished I had hired her first as it would have saved me a lot of headaches and heart aches. My ex has continued to fight with me every step of the way. Tracey was a calm presence in all of this. She kept me informed, returned emails and phone calls... promptly, and never promised me something that was unrealistic. Other attorneys promised me everything to get me to hire them but they were not honest about the process or the likely outcomes. Tracey got me the outcome I wanted. I am so happy that I hired her. I would recommend her to everyone. Don't listen to the reviews as some people are never satisfied. Call her and schedule a consultation for yourself. Everyone I know that has used her has been happy with the results.

DO NOT HIRE

She gauranteed my daughter would get her kids back and it was a gauranteed price of $2500. Then after a while she said my daughter needed to pay her another $2700 if she wanted her to attend trial. So I paid this woman a total of $5200 and she hasn't been to court since the day I paid her the $2700. ...Doesn't return phone calls..... EVER. She has her assistant return them a week later and charges full price even though she never talked to you. And her staff is rude and unprofessional. $300 for one email.
