DO NOT HIRE TRACEY

I hired Tracy back in September 2023 regarding a modification of time sharing, child support and contempt against my abusive ex. It is now May 2024 and not one thing has been done to save my child from her abusive father. I had a hearing in April 2024 and I was the only person to appear. You can only... imagine how defeated I felt. I had to take the rest of the week off of work because she had completely destroyed my mental state as she knows I am a domestic abuse survivor and has continuously FAILED ME. I had to find out from the mediator that Tracey had agreed to extend this hearing for another 3 MONTHS. Tracey failed to even mention that she had extended this hearing. I had to be the one to confront her about this and she stated she had “called and left me a voicemail” 2 weeks prior. I checked my call log, voicemail box and emails on this date and there was NOTHING from her. Not only did she flat out LIE to her own client, she has raised her voice at me as I expressed my concerns about never being able to get ahold of her, her paralegal telling me I couldn’t speak to Tracey for 2 weeks at a time. Tracey made me feel like I worked for her and gave me “homework”. Running around town finding documents and updating her on things that she could do herself. So much more in between I can’t even imagine express. Tracey has not given me a drop of helpful advice, no guidance in any way shape or form and continued to take money out of my account after I was forced to hire a new lawyer. She expects me to continuously pay her when she’s no longer my lawyer? If you’re that money hungry, just say that Tracey. Tracey is completely untrustworthy and unreliable and should have her license taken away as she hurts people that are desperate for help. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. RUN. Tracey if you’re reading this - I hope you can prove this “voicemail” you left me as I will be filing a lawsuit against you. If you can lie about something that simple, I can’t imagine all of the other lies you have told me. I truly pray that you find God.

Professional and thorough

Tracey helped me from beginning to end with my divorce. She discussed with me all the details related to the divorce like the parenting plan and retirement compensation. She made a difficult time in my life easier and I appreciated that.

Honest, knowledgeable and successful

Tracey helped me resolve a very difficult relocation custody family law issue. My son was 5 years old and after 2 other lawyers/lawfirms incorrectly handled everything, because of inexperience and lack of proper knowledge of the respective laws, statutes and case law, Tracey was instrumental in res...olving these complex issues. I have been with her in court as well as mediation and I can assure you her intentions are heartfelt, true and her knowledge and experience can help resolve any situation, no matter how difficult. It's not only her knowledge of the applicable laws and legal implications of any case, it's her knowledge of the nuance and details of the entire process, judges, what to expect and network of excellent ancillary colleagues, mediators, etc that makes the difference in overall outcomes. I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether it's just a consultation to get legal counsel on an issue to full representation for any case. Thank you again Tracey, you are amazing!

Honest and trustworthy

We are dealing with a very complicated divorce case, with a lot of odd situations involved. Not at all a "run of the mill" case. Tracey keeps us very well informed of our options for each situation that comes up. She always responds to questions in a timely manner. She also gives us insight into what... we must do to be prepared for the next step in the case and lets us know all possible outcomes. Even though we don't like some of the possible outcomes, she is always honest about our chances. She has even gone out of her way on several occasions to make sure we were safe from harm. I certainly recommend her.

Tough and Thorough

I hired Tracey for a relocation case (which is quite an uphill battle). She was very up front and blunt about the very low chances of succeeding from the start, but lead the way. Tracey was thorough and detailed with researching, gathering paperwork, and piecing all the necessary parts together. She ...was able to start and end my difficult and hectic case in less than nine months, where other much less complicated feats have taken years to complete. During trial, she was a professional beast, while consoling, sweet, and understanding during tough 5-10 minute breaks. She was worth everything to ensure our family was kept safe and together. Please don't pass quick judgement based on previous secretaries until you know and have talked with them and with Tracey. This review is for Tracey, and her ability of knowing and successfully completing her job (which she definitely did for me). I would and have recommended Tracey to anyone who asks.
