THIS ATTORNEY SHOULD BE DISBARRED!

In September 2023 my daughter hired Tracey Carlisle to file a petition to modify the time-sharing agreement in place; request child support and file a motion for contempt of the court order agreement between her and the father of their child. Tracey accepted the case; a downpayment of $1500 towards h...er $3K retainer! Seven months have expired, and Ms. Carlisle has failed to meet any expectation as agreed upon. From 2004 thru 2020 there have been several small claims filed against Tracey Carlisle, as well as a long list of poor reviews on numerous sites. Despite the individual outcomes, the claimants share a common denominator…the pattern of continual abuse and neglect is apparent. Neglecting scheduled meeting attendance and failing to advise or obtain consent (unilateral decision-making) from her client to reschedule critical hearings; Inappropriate language usage towards client; Demanding correspondence be limited to emails or texts; Errors in legal documentation – my daughter had to make multiple revisions on Tracey’s petition for contempt court - clearly showing incompetence and lack of consideration for her client; Demanding her clients do the “legwork” in obtaining documentation, she or her useless paralegal could have easily gathered; Non-Disclosure of Conflict of Interest and Representation Despite Known Conflict of Interests; Violating confidentiality via email with a third party. Note: A fundamental principle in the client-lawyer relationship is that, in the absence of the client's informed consent, the lawyer must not reveal information relating to the representation. In short, if you need a competent attorney who is “not” all about taking your money and failing exponentially, stay clear of Tracey Carlisle and call the Florida Bar Association at 850-561-5600; they will provide you with referral for exemplary attorneys in your area.

Excellant experience

I had previous attorneys before I hired Tracey. I wished I had hired her first as it would have saved me a lot of headaches and heart aches. My ex has continued to fight with me every step of the way. Tracey was a calm presence in all of this. She kept me informed, returned emails and phone calls... promptly, and never promised me something that was unrealistic. Other attorneys promised me everything to get me to hire them but they were not honest about the process or the likely outcomes. Tracey got me the outcome I wanted. I am so happy that I hired her. I would recommend her to everyone. Don't listen to the reviews as some people are never satisfied. Call her and schedule a consultation for yourself. Everyone I know that has used her has been happy with the results.

A good Attorney all around

Gosh... where to begin. When I hired Tracey, my situation was pretty much at a breaking devastating, not turning back point for me. My divorce was one of its own unique situation, and a soap opera of it's own. I had two attorney's before her, and wish to this day I had had her since day one. She is v...ery dependable, and honest. Tracey has never given me a false hope of something I could not possibly stand a chance of being successful at with the case.,even if I did not want to here what she was . I could call her for a situation, and she was timely in her return calls to me. Her legal assistants have always been very friendly and as helpful as possible. They help me to the best of their abilities. Tracey is very proactive in helping you accomplish the best for you. She is quick to respond via email or phone calls, after hours even, if it's necessary. She is very thorough with her representation during our time before the judge, and is a tough attorney when she needs to be. I would hire her a hundred times over again and again, and really wish I could rate her more than 5 stars. I tell her what I want to accomplish and if it is something she believes is possible, she makes it happen. I am glad I found her when I did, otherwise the situation would have continued to escalate and I would not be where I am today with my children. I wish I could find a way to repay her for all she has done. Her knowledge of the law makes me comfortable enough to trust her with the case so I do not worry about how this is going to work out. I trust her 100% to make the best judgement and decision for me and my children. I would recommend her to anyone.
