Military Divorce

I received excellent service. Mr. Webster and his team had me and my families best interest in mind during the divorce process. I highly recommend Mr. Webster for a divorce lawyer.

Divorce action

Michael is the best and really helped me to learn all that was going on with the laws regarding divorce. He and Katie, kept me updated with all the documents filed with my case, as it was very tangled. He was absolutely the kindest person regarding the entire process. You are not alone

Michel Webster was a Professional and understanding Attorney who helped me during my time of an emotional stress of a divorce. He explained the laws and what was required to proceed, guiding me step by step of needed paperwork by emails, phone and office meetings to keep me updated on any changes wit...h my case before the final hearing. I was very grateful and happy with the final results of winning my case. I never had the feeling of being alone and lost.

Professional and Exceptional

Mike and Katie are an excellent team who helped me navigate my unique divorce. By filing emergency motions on my behalf that made sure I was able to recover funds that were taken by my ex husbands family. They reply to the court and to their clients in quickly. They really make you feel like a person... and not just a client. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a divorce.

Separation Agreement - Divorce

Michael is the worst Attorney I have ever used. He was really nice & helpful until I paid him. Once the Divorce Agreement was signed, he would not do anything to help uphold this Legal Agreement. He just said, "good luck" with your problem. He would not reach out to my ex's Attorney to even discu...ss the issue. Do not recommend him at all.

Every document that I write bears my signature and address. I think that it says a lot about an author who hides behind the veil of anonymity and throws rocks. I have now been practicing law for 40 years. I have been a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney for 33 of those years. I have held the Martindale Hubbell "preeminent" - AV - rating for more than 24 years. An attorney simply cannot hold those highest ratings for those sustained decades and engage in the conduct described in the posting. It appears that this person (whoever it may be) had no issue with the terms of the agreement negotiated but claims that I said "good luck with your problem" after the case was concluded. Such did not happen. In fact, my staff and I go to great lengths to ensure that any agreement or final judgment is fully implemented before closing any file. If you want to get a true understanding of the quality of my practice, just read ALL of the postings set forth below.
