Michael Webster supported me through a complex, 16 month divorce. Prior to choosing a lawyer, many of my friends had recommended Mr. Webster, and as I soon discovered, my friends were absolutely right! It was a complicated “grid” of assets that required a full understanding of processes associated ...with military & civil service retirement pay, TSPs, QDRO’s, taxes, IRAs, 401k, pension plans, escrow, real estate, timeshares, brokerage accounts, mutual funds, Coverdell/529 education plans, and involved multiple other complicated processes when a lot of assets are in play. Michael Webster handled it all, and he made it easy when he walked me through the judicial proceedings. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my case, and although Mr. Webster’s fees are not the lowest, they are commensurate with the outstanding detail and legal knowledge he brings to the table. In my opinion, Mr. Webster is, by far, the best divorce lawyer in Okaloosa and Walton Counties.

I can't thank enough Mr. Webster for handing my case well. He is pro-active and aggressive in fighting for what I deserve. I don't have enough words to say of how much I appreciate him. He calls me, and communicate with me directly, and thoroughly explains to me of what is going on, and work with me. Every meeting I had with him we discussed the action plan, and execute it, no time wasted. He is very efficient. He is direct to the point and honest. He is the right lawyer to hire.
