Horrible
Horrible experience. Horrible lawyer. Takes your money and can't get anyone to call or email back. Would never recommend this man to anyone. Lied to me on the consultation and when I hired him, he changed his tune about the expectations of the case. I will be contacting the Florida Bar Association....

Let down
Mr. Weinstock was representing me in a divorce case. He failed not only to represent me but to follow through and I am yet again going to court to fix his mistakes. Straight Shooter
Mr. Weinstock was very blunt with me the entire case and told me like it was, without any candy coating and backed it up with case law and statutes. Great understanding of the laws and won't try to sugar coat anything. Practice is very relaxed feeling and very comfortable.

BEWARE!
I should have known not to take this guy seriously when he took a picture of me before I walked out. Not sure if this is standard practice or not, but I really don't think so.
