Richard did not follow up w me regarding our appointments or info regarding the case.i always had to call him back Richard moved his office and never sent out info on the new location of the office, IN ANOTHER CITY , he does not have a fax??? What lawyer does not have a fax machine they r very inexpe...nsive, would never hire again based on our transactions w him.

I've met Richard Zasada when I was looking for divorce attorney about 6 years ago. From the first consultation I've got feeling that he knows his work! I've come with prepared questions (do online search) that helps client evaluate potential attorney, and his responses were very satisfactory. But I...'ve make mistake but not hiring him right away and then couldn't find his office (it was in Daytona, and I've lost contact number and address and couldn't find it visually because by mistake search in wrong place). So I end up hiring another attorney when time comes to be legally presented . Long story short: that attorney just used retainer and bailed out without even getting to hearing. Finally I was lucky enough to find Zasada's old office and got his contact info. It was about 5 years ago. So for all this time I never regret of my choice. For all this years he's been on so many hearings with me and handles all the obstacles very professionally! He's very focused and know how to achieve best possible outcome for his client. Richard never made me any false promises or promised something unachievable. He was very realistic and told me at the very beginning what can and what cannot be done. Due to complicated case, there was numerous attempts from the other side to flood court with bogus motions and hearings, but I've always had peace of mind knowing that Richard is on the case and really protects my interests. He always informed me with any changes in the case and promptly handles all my request. My ex was envy that I had him as my attorney! And very important that he is VERY, VERY REASONABLE on fees and overall cost! I personally recommended him to friend that was looking for attorney and she was happy at the end by quick and fair outcome. Also I want to mention one side that often become overlooked when in search of attorneys: HONESTNESS ! The other attorneys (and I've got through about 5 consultations at the very begining ), to just to get your money, would promise you anything you want and would assure you that they can get the result, but if your opponent comes to them they would do the same and would give your opponent same false expectations. Richard Zasada would tell you straight were your expectations are baseless and would never get in the case if you just trying to get something that is not real. He wouldn't waste your money to just satisfy your ego by filling stupid motions and pretending working, quite to opposite he would explain where is flaw in your position and how to obtain realistic result with minimum effort and maximum effectiveness! I'm not only recommending this lawyer but from my own highly satisfied positive experience with mr. Zasada, would say: Hire Richard and you would never regret! Hope that my comments would help to make right choice for someone who is in stress of legal issues, unsure of options and looking for professional who would effectively protect their interests!
