Richard Zasada

I have been practicing law in Florida since 1994 and since 2014 in Tennessee.  My practice areas include Family law, Divorce, Criminal, Immigration, Social Security Disability, SSI, Veterans cases to include disability and helping active duty Military, veterans and their families.  I have provided many legal hours each year to people who can't afford legal services and disabled veterans.  

I am a 11 year veteran of the U.S. Army and served with the 82nd Airborne Div., 1st/504th Para. Inf. Regiment. and later as a reserve JAG officer.  I prosecuted criminals in North Florida for several years and have worked defending and representing people as a private attorney for the past 16 years or so.   

I continue to represent people and assist them through the worst times of their lives.  I take great pride in the services I provide and the care I give to every person that walks through my door.  I provide the legal help that people  deserve at a reasonable cost and make sure that everyone gets their day in court, regardless of who they are or how much money they have.  Knowing when to settle and when to go to go trial is an art.
