I met Mrs Peterman thru my brother when he was a client. My husband and i decided to file for divorce and i used her for my legal counsal, i had no issues with her or her staff and she was very friendly and knowledeable on the case. Fortunatly my husband and I have saved the marriage and no longer ne...eded her services. If I do ever need any further leagl advice I will be using Mrs Peterman again.

I do not think I could ever thank Mrs. Petermann enough for all she did for me representing me in my emotional divorce. I read some reviews online and spoke to a few people who went through this process and the ones who had her as their attorney highly recommended her and those who didn't, wished the...y had! Mrs. Petermann was honest and upfront with how things could go based on the laws here. I'll admit I had to ask a few things twice as the process went on because it is like information overload from the start. She explained that a divorce can take up to at least a year and she was right on the money. A few hiccups came up along the way but Mrs. Petermann and Angela handled them beautifully on my behalf and did their best to keep my legal costs to a minimum. This office will work as hard as they can for their clients, and I was blessed to have them in my corner during such a hard time in my life. Thanks Ladies!

I was given the name of Mrs Petermann by two co-workers who have used her services in the past. They were both very happy with her so I went and met with her. I found her to be very understanding during one of the most difficult times in my life. She did not sugarcoat anything but told me what I was ...facing, what the laws were in Florida especially regarding military law and long term marriages.She was very knowledgeable, always returned my calls and emails within a reasonable amount of time, kept me up to date with copies of everything she filed on my behalf. I can't imagine going through this process by myself. She saved my financial future. I got what I was entitled to and not what my ex thought I was entitled to. I would recommed Tonya, Angela and the whole staff to anyone seeeking a divorce attorney.

This was a difficult child custody case in many ways. Tonya was honest and about right on par with her estimate of probability of success. She absorbed the information that I provided her with great recall and memory. Efficient and honest feedback about the case and circumstances. On the negative sid...e, the billings were high and there was no hesitation to charge for every action, including some that could have been because of staff delays/misinterpretations or confusion. Although I was unhappy with the overall cost (knit-picky billings) she provided good services, always acted professionally, and I would definitely consider her again if needed (...but hoping that's not happening again!)

Tonya C Peterman and her assistant Angela basically SAVED MY SANITY! I was going back and forth with my ex husband regarding a custody issue - Ms. Petermans office stepped in - and handled everything in a very professional, courteous manner. My case seemed to go on forever with constant changes bei...ng requested from the other side - through it all they were very patient, kept me informed - and the end result being my daughter is now home with me for good!! I can not say enough good things about this office - I would not go to anyone else for Family Law matters.
